The 20-20-20 Rule: To prevent digital eye strain, every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

Contrast & Lighting: Ensure your room is well-lit and your screen contrast is high. Glare from windows can significantly lower your score on acuity tests.
